Paraclete Wealth Partners is pleased to share a leadership announcement as we continue to expand our team and strengthen our organizational foundation. Our firm has welcomed Lori Miller as Chief Talent Officer, a role focused on supporting growth through strategic recruitment and team development.
Miller brings more than 20 years of experience in recruiting and talent leadership, with a background spanning both the education and financial services industries. Her experience aligns with Paraclete’s ongoing efforts to build a network of financial professionals who are committed to serving clients through thoughtful, tax-aware planning strategies.
In her role as Chief Talent Officer, Miller will lead Paraclete Wealth Partners’ talent strategy, with an emphasis on identifying and attracting high-caliber financial professionals. She will also support the firm’s existing advisors and teams by helping address staffing needs as the organization continues to grow.
Prior to joining Paraclete Wealth Partners, Miller served as Vice President of Talent Solutions at Financial Independence Group (FIG). In that position, she worked closely with executive leadership to align talent initiatives with broader business objectives, contributing to organizational growth and team development.
