Once application is submitted, change Redtail status to Pending Client, this will automatically trigger the “Pending Client Onboarding” workflow. Clients already exist in redtail, if it does not, enter the client into Redtail using the standardized contact template.

Create Client ShareFile folder & link folder in Redtail

Go to Firelight, download application.

Upload application & product brochure to ShareFile Folder

Send pending client welcome email with next steps and ShareFile link.
