Lori Miller has been in the recruiting industry in some capacity for over 20 years. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, she started her career recruiting in the Education industry after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh. Lori was a Senior and Market Director of Recruitment in the Education sector before transitioning to the Financial Services Industry in 2019. She specializes in working closely with executive leadership to align talent strategy with business objectives, driving organizational growth and long-term success.

Prior to Paraclete Wealth Partners, Lori was the Vice President of Talent Solutions for Financial Independence Group. She is excited to join the Paraclete team to help contribute her skills to the internal and external growth of exceptional talent for Paraclete. Lori is very passionate about mentoring emerging leaders, advancing diversity and inclusion, and building workplaces where people and performance thrive.

Lori spends most of her time being a busy mom with her two active children, Elliana and Weston, in Mooresville, NC. The most important things in her life are faith, family, friends, fitness, fun and finding TALENT.
