Immigrating to the United States at four years old and growing up in the Pacific Northwest, Andrey’s propensity towards entrepreneurship and business took root at a young age.

During his high school years, he moved to Virginia and eventually attended Christopher Newport University. Andrey graduated in 2012 with a Bachelors in Communication Studies along with two minors in Business Finance and Philosophy/Religious Studies.

About a year after college, he sparked that drive for business and ventured into the financial industry. Since then, Andrey and his wife Brittany have progressed into agency development and helped numerous families plan for their financial future.

After relocating back to the Pacific Northwest and settling in Vancouver, WA post-Covid, Andrey partnered up with River Wealth Financial in 2022 and Paraclete Wealth Management in 2023. Over the past decade of specializing in tax efficient retirement planning, his newfound partnerships are aligned in their mission to help clients accomplish this. Teaming up with “The Power of Zero” team further propels Andrey’s passion to provide the most up-to-date, sound, and industry leading tools available to keep up with the evolving world of retirement planning.
